Whilst we all know the value of a professional cleaning technician, cleaning is technically regarded as an unskilled industry, with few formal training opportunities. That means that everyone who comes on board will have completely different skills, techniques and knowledge base. Each new team member that we welcome to Clean Feeling will follow a 2 week training plan, regardless of experience:
This begins with an online induction of our policies and procedures, so you get a clear understanding of our practices and what we stand for.
Our Work Health and Safety training ensures you’re up to speed to keep yourself, your team and your clients safe at all times.
Over the course of 1-2 weeks you’ll be teamed with an experienced Clean Feeling Clean Tech and/or Supervisor to run through all aspects of cleaning, how we do things differently (efficient and safe being key) and the standards we expect from each clean.
We find this is a great base of training to get you up and running to your fullest potential. Specialist training courses are offered to any team member who wishes to further their development.

Absolutely not! All cleaning equipment and chemicals are provided. These adjust slightly depending on the requirements of the role and location - All include a solid foundation of commercial-grade instruments.
Electrical equipment such as vacuums are regularly test-tagged for your safety. Any items that are damaged are promptly repaired or replaced.

It's very popular in the cleaning industry for companies to solely recruit contractors. However at Clean Feeling we prefer to employ team members. For full transparency, this is a more expensive and time consuming option as a company, however this gives us a better opportunity to recruit people that we feel meet our cleaning values, build stronger relationships and have a closer connection to our communities.
That being said, we work with and welcome a small group of local contractors, and if you prefer to work with your own ABN this might be for you. You can apply here.
